Make sure the make up is gentle/good for your skin too. If you are just starting to use make up there are a lot that can clog your pores and make you break out. Products like tinted moisturizers and BB Cream are good to start with and most make up lines have those. Neutragena is a good price and good for your skin. I wish someone would have told me to use good scincare make up when I was young. Its good to take care of your skin starting young. Hope that helps. Happy shopping :-)

Hard candy eye shadows are pretty pigmented and good colors. I also like milani. Walmart carries both brands

Jordana is the cheapie makeup i usually use when i cant afford clinique. They have nice eyeliners and the shadows are vibrant and really awesome. Check Walgreen's.

Revlon has the best lipsticks. They are a classic. They were the first and are still around for a reason. I also love their just bitten lip stains. Hope that helps.

I love drugstore mascara! Honestly I could never see myself buying very very expensive mascara because the drugstore has sooooooo many amazing ones!

I know its cheap and a lot of people are opposed to it but I really like N.Y.C. products. Believe it or not, one of the BEST mascaras I have ever used was from N.Y.C. They have nice single shadows and cool colored pencil liners. They even just came out with a facial primer. Totally inexpensive and worth a try.
