Use a very good primer for your skin type. Always use a concealer with a foundation so you don't end up looking cakey and don't forget to powder.

The right brush makes aaaaalll the difference. I recommend a stippling brush or a flat top Kabuki. If you're on a budget then the Sonia kushak stippling brush is pretty good and I heard the elf flat top powder brush is good for foundation. My all time favorite though is the sigma flat top Kabuki
