You boil water till hot till put salt in it, let it cool then put it in a spray body :)

half a cup salt into luke warm water, mix until no salt is left. the pour it into a spraybottle & youre pretty much done

Dissolve Epsom salts in hot water and put the mixture into a spray bottle. It's the magnesium that does the "beach waves".
