I have partially dry skin... help?

My skin is starting to get very dry and oily I'm only 13 years old is there any products that I can use to help my skin look better. I know it's usual for a 13-year-old to get dry skin but there's a way to prevent it

Yes, Garnier moisture rescue its a gel you apply in the mornings and before bed, works really well for me :)
