Hey guys :)
I've been looking into powder foundations a lot lately because with my liquid foundation I find I've been taking a while to get dressed In the mornings, and I'm really just looking for something that will be quick, but still give me that flawless face all day long.
I've been looking at two powder foundations the first one being MAC's studio fix powder foundation and the second one being Makeup forever's pro finish powder foundation
I've heard great things about these two products but I'm really indecisive about which one I should get.
Can you guys give me your input about which one you think is better? Or even if there's any other powder foundations that you guys recommend. Btw I do have combination, dry and sensitive skin. So I need something with good coverage, that will keep me matte all day. Help please!
Hey Samantha, I absolutely love Mac but I do not recommend their foundations...they clog your pores which can cause redness and irritation. Makeup forever is a great brand but very similar to Mac as well. I love Bobbi brown powder foundation, super light but great coverage. It allows my skin to breath while keeping my face shine free. I recently had to change my foundation to a cheaper brand so if you want to save some money, I swear by the maybelline dream matte powder! It's great all day wear and it's not cakey at all. I use it with a better applicator than the one given but its a great drugstore product. But if you don't mind the price, Bobbi brown is worth a try! Hope that helps :)
