Hi girls :) so i gave birth four months ago..last time they weight me when i was pregnant i was 158 now im 102..i love going to the gym not to lose weight but to realese some stress and to be fit..but i want to tigh my body..but if i go to the gym i will keep losing weight and i dont want to lose more weight any advice thanks :)

I think as long as you eat a healthy diet fulll of healthy carbs and sugars you're weight will stay jjusssst finee! i know that since i always eat healthy and exercise and i've pretty much been the same weight for two years. now i want to lose weight so i will of course, have to step it up a little. i think if you eat before and after working out it will work! because there are calories burned with doing that and if you take that negative and had some with like a protein bar, they cancel out making you back were you where before (:
