I dont see any age as necessarily being too young for this, as long as youre ready. I got mine done at 14 so as long as the idea doesnt freak you out id say go for it! Remember that after they are waxed, however, they will forever require matinence to keep the look
I would say wait on it. I had really dark thick eyebrows and I tweezed them at 13. I wish I hadn't bc like Miranda it changed the shape and at that age I couldn't keep up with maintaining them properly so it kinda got crazy. maybe just try defining them with a brow kit and since ur eyebrows are light it might.not look to bad.

eyebrows are really hard to grow back once you make them too thin.
