Ugh I hate how this scrub keeps coming up. Whether it works for you or not it doesn't change the fact that it is MICROCUTTING your skin. I used it for years and it didn't make my acne any worse but it didn't make it better either once I learned about what it really does in school I stop using it and my skin has cleared up amazingly. The main reason I stopped using it is that when its cuts your skin it's contributing to PREMATURE AGING! And I'm only 21 so that's a big no no I don't want to age fast at all. So all these people that keep saying that it works for them can be correct but that doesn't change the fact that there cutting up there face and aging themselves so when there 30 complaining that there aging horribly and people keep saying they look in the 40s it's not bad genes its what they did to there skin all by themselves!
im a beauty therapist and work closely with dermatologists and st ives is one of the worst things u can use! really harsh! if u want to exfoliate try dermalogica microfoliant or clinique 7day scrub once or twice per week.clinique claryfying lotion is a liquid exfoliant that doesnt scratch the skin but see a consultant to skin type you first :)
Apricot scrub IS NOT NATURAL...are you kidding me?!?
It contains SLS which is an industrial solvent!!!
Do your research and stop listening to people who obviously haven't done any research of their own
I'm a licensed Esthetician and have heard from numerous teachers and dermatologists that this scrub I horrible for your skin. It isn't finely granulated like an exfoliant should be. It's more like kernels. They end up tearing your skin so In the LNG run it's actually causing more damage than anything. You may have great skin when you use it but over time you're doing more damage than correcting. Use it on your hands, feet, etc. Also, you should only be exfoliating 2-3x/week. Over exfoliation strips the skin causing the skin to be unbalanced. When that happens the skin produces more oil.
I'm 31 and use it 3x week. I personally like it and I get asked for id for cigarettes and alcohol when u need to be 16 for cigarettes. I'm happy and that's what counts.

Apricot scrub I's only meant to be used 3-4 times a week, not everyday. A lot of people love it, its a best seller. Use sparingly

My dad has used it for years, he has great skin. I'm not sure how different men's facial skin is to woman. Just a thought though.
