Hello Beauties! I really need your help. I have very fair skin. Like very fair. I am in NC15 in the MAC select cover up concealer. It's almost a tinge too dark. ANYWAYS to the issue : I am so fair that people think I'm ill. I am healthy and just naturally very pale skinned. I need a blush that makes me look glowey and healthy. Also a highlighter. Please help! Lots of love, - Christa.

I would pick one that is natural looking, but maybe even try a bronzer!

Do you have a budget?
I'd love to suggest Nars blush in Gaiety, it's going to be my next Nars blush I buy, I feel like it would be so great with pale skin to just perk it up! As for all Nars blushes, light application is key, you can always add more! (I use a big fan brush so it doesn't pick up too much product)
If you can't get Nars blushes, any bright and light candy pink will work to liven up a pale face :)

As for highlighter, you could try Revlon Skinlights. See which shade is best for you, I have the shade "bare light" and it looks incredible. Just the perfect subtle shimmer that makes your high points stand out wonderfully, and it helps that it's sheer so it probably would be a good shade for you. A higher end alternative is Nars (wow, I sure love this brand lol!) Pro Prime Radiance Enhancing primer.

If you're not into shimmer, you could look into YSL Touche Eclat or similar dupes: my favorite one is by L'Oreal, it's called Magic Lumi highlighting pen and the lightest shade is VERY close to white. I use it for my inner eye corners.

Use bronzer, that will add. Warmth to your fair complexion. For example - Mac mineralize skin finish in soft N gentle. It's baked bronzing powder in gold/ peachy colour. It's shiny without sparkles! It's a great choice for fair gals like you! Looks amazing!! :). If you want Matt bronzers then go for Bobbi brown bronzing powder in light tan! If you are going to use the Matt bronzer add highlighter, but don't use highlighter with shimmery bronzer. Good luck babe

I'm the same way. I use Mac Matchmaster in 1.0 and it is still a little orange on me. Haha, one time I even went to work without face makeup and they asked if I was sick. I used my mom's Physicians Formula argon oil blush and its a beautiful color- very natural.

Try L'Oreal True Match in either W1 or N1. I always use to get my MAC foundations in NC15 and always noticed it was a little too dark or orange. I soon realized that I wasn't as warm toned as I thought and I was more neutral-warm. I then tried L'Oreal true match and it looks so perfect and gorgeous I love it. As for highlighter, try Becca Shimmering Skin Perfecter in moonstone, MAC MSF in Lightscapade, or NARS blush in Albatross. I also love NARS blush in Orgasm. It looks scary in the pan but it looks so pretty on everyone; you can make it sheer or really build it up. Bronzers are the tricky part. I've been using maybelline fit me bronzer in the lightest shade, it has added some color to my face and I don't look as ghostly lol. I've also heard good things about NYC bronzer in Sunny. If you're looking for some visual inspiration I've found a lot of really great youtubers that share our ghostly complexions. If you want some names let me know. Hope this helped 😊

I agree with the Loreal true match if you're looking for paler shades, I chose the W1 because to me the N1 looked a little darker and the W1 is perfect, I'm neutral usually with foundations however the Loreal true match matches fine, some days I even think it's a little light but if you're as pale as you say I'd definitely look into it :) mac was too dark for me too haha.

As far as blush goes I opt for an orange/peach toned blush instead of pinks, I like how it makes me look a little more alive haha :)
