How do you use a loofah to exfoliate your skin.

Just wondering how can I exfoliate my skin using a loofah? I just got one and have no idea how to use it.

A loofah is too harsh for the skin. 😐 that'll just irritate it more, causing more pimples & redness girl

You just put your body wash onto the loofah, work it into a lather, and use it to wash your body. The loofah does all the work as you move it around your skin, just make sure not to scrub too hard so you don't irritate the skin (:

Yeah I just put my body wash on it (not a lot cause a little goes a long way) and then rub it around in circles gently because too harsh can cause skin irritation and redness(:

Your loofah when rubbed onto your skin in the shower will naturally create an exfoliating process it may not be as intense as an actual exfoliator but it does exfoliate as it rubs against your skin. You could also get an exfoliating body wash and apply it to your loofah with some warm water in the shower lather it up and rub the loofah onto your skin with the product on it to get a deeper exfoliation
