For almost all cases does teatreeoil help. You can also go see a dermatologist. Sorry if I spelled it wrong, I'm from Europe hahaha!

You need to invest in a good skin care routine - face wash, toner, day creme, night creme and a spot treatment if you need that. Many brands have these lines for young skin, so you will have to find one that fits your need - if you have acne then you need a line that target acne if you have dry skin then you need one that's more moisturizing! But you look young, I'm guessing early teens, and in that age perfect skin is not nessesary something you can archive with products, you can help it along, but at that age most people have trouble skin due to puberty.
So get a skin care routine and wait it out, it will get better :)
