So I had gels done and it started coming up so pulled it off but it's ruined my nail it's rough and horrid how can I sort it please.

Was it all of your nails? How long after you got them done did they come off? You can go back/find a good place to help fix your nails. To help them grow out, try to get vaseline under your nails and something like Burt's Bees lemon butter cuticle cream. Basically you want to keep them moisturized. Hope this helps!
