Is Special Effects good for relaxed hair?

I really want to dye my hair blue and I want to try out Special Effects.
I'm worried if it'll damage my hair since it's relaxed.
The last time I relaxed it was in mid-February and I plan on dying it later this month or the beginning of or mid-April.
