How can I keep my hair from falling out bc of how dry it is? I condition every day & it still doesn't work.

I think hot oil treatments could kelp, or a keratin one at a salon. Limiting your use of hot tools will help too

Try a leave in conditioner and possibly some hot oils for your hair. Also try not to wash your hair everyday to limit the oils you are washing out.

Following! My hair always goes dry, even when I leave it to dry naturally it's very dry. So I trimmed some of my hair off and it's still dry! I work at a hair salon and even keratin and kerastase hair products doesn't help! :(

For really dry hair I'd suggest trying to do overnight oil and scalp treatments and washing it out in the morning. Also, when my hair feels dry, I sometimes use a leave in conditioner, that way, more water doesn't get on it to dry it out. I wouldn't suggest conditioning it everyday because that can still damage your hair because of the things conditioner contains. Also try not to use heat on your hair for a little while because heat does also dry it out. I would include that when you want to go back to washing your hair regularly, don't wash it too often. I only wash my hair once a week and it stays in good condition. I would say wash it 1-2 times a week and maybe 3 if your really active and athletic. Anymore would be damaging your hair more than it is already. Try to keep your away from any drying or heating products.

Coconut oil!! It soothes and softens the hair while adding shine and strength 😊 I grab a huge tub from Costco and lather it in my dry hair every time before I take a shower. Then I put a towel over that (to help it heat it up) and I do something for two hours or more before the shower. Usually it takes around 3 rounds of shampoo to get out but it's worth it! My hair has been growing faster I have noticed as well. Last year it was too my boobs and now it's past my butt. Hope that helped!!
