I haven't picked or scratched at all. The redness is just because I used a (CLEAN!) needle and got rid of a few pimples that had white heads. Then I used my tea tree cleanser and toner by superdrug.

Just keep it clean and don't pick or pop the whiteheads.Just simply suffocate them by putting a towel over a steamy sink and apply a moisturizer.

I have an awesome face wash I could recommend. The face wash is called netrogena past, present, and future acne wash. It's suppose to clear up part acne marks, present acne, and prevent breakouts. (It exfoliates)
