Best Highlighter for oily skin!

So I own the Kevyn Auccoin sculpting powder but I need a highlighter for my fair-medium skin tone. I am also in need of a good contour brush for my nose and a highlighter brush! Any recommendations?
And is cream contour okay for oily-combo skin?

I use NYX Illuminator in Ritualistic to highlight and apply it with a fan brush. I also use a MAC 217 to contour my nose (:

I use the Real Techniques fan brush but I'm not sure if it's sold individually since I got mine in a set.
