Waitress Make-Up, How Much Is Too Much?

Depends on where you work honestly. I work in the kitchen of a nursing home and wear full faces of makeup everyday, and usually my eye makeup is anything but minimal. The facility I work at is run by a church, but no one has said anything negative to me about it - I usually get compliments. So like I said, it really depends on where you work. The makeup in your pic is lovely and isn't too much at all :)

I'm just not used to wearing make up during the day haha. I'm only active at night, so I am only used to club make up (; but since you think it looks good, I'll do it more often!!
