I'm curious as to your thoughts on Listerine in terms of if it helps whiten teeth and how it is for overall oral care? I've heard mixed things about it. My old dentist used to say that it was pointless and to just do salt water rinses and my new dentist always raves about it. What are your thoughts?

Haha yeah I've been using the Listerine Total Care Zero and it's supposed to have 8 benefits saying it prevents cavities, strengthens enamel, whitens teeth, etc. I haven't really noticed any benefits other than fresh breath.

I've been using it everyday for as long as I can remember. Even back in elementary, like more than 10 years ago lol, and I honestly haven't noticed anything other than just fresh breath haha... I did try the crest whitening one but not for long because that thing tastes and smells HORRID lol. But yeah, as for listerine, never noticed anything tbh

I agree with Renay, stay FAR away from the crest whitening mouthwash. It leaves an awful taste in your mouth that takes hours to go away. I like listerine but no I don't notice any whitening. But it leaves a fresh, clean feeling :)

Thank you everyone! Haha I thought it was just me that never noticed a difference when using Listerine but I love having fresh breath!!
