Okay, so, I bleach my hair maybe once every 4 months, and it's not the whole thing, I just give it a lot of highlights. I take super good care of it. I flat iron it on weekdays, but I always spray heat protectant first. I tried everything, but it's still damaged and dry, please help, it's urgent! ðŸ˜

Bleach is really damaging. Especially every 4 months, along with heat appliances. Try doing coconut oil hair masks or aussie 3 minute miracle masks overnight. Cut the ends of your hair if they're split. Maybe try a new heat protectant and cut the heat to only twice a week or so.

Thanks Shanae :) Do you know of any good heat protectants? I'm using Kenra's right now. I use Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle conditioner, I'll try what you suggested about overnight.

Thanks again, I really appreciate the help. I'll be sure to try that. And I'll definitely wear a shower cap.

Just like Justine said, you can't repair damage, what's done is done. But doing some masks and using oil will help prevent future damage, especially if you do allow it to sit on your roots. Also, try not to wash your hair everyday. Go as long as you can, and brush your hair when it gets greasy, and allow your natural oils to condition your hair. Dry shampoo will be your best friend while not showering if you're someone that has to wash your hair everyday. :)
