I used to really suck at eyeliner, but discovered this fantastic new way to apply. First you make three or four lines on your eye where you would put your eyeliner on, then add the rest on! Sorry I don't have a picture. I hoped this worked for you!

Do you mean like dashes or dots close to the lash line?
