New MAC Products! Has anyone tried??

So I decided to treat myself and went to M•A•C today before work 😊I picked up my favorite brow pencil, I like to have one handy. I also picked up the new eye shadow x 9 in burgundy, I thought I could get more wear out of this pallet. And last but not least I've been putting this purchase off, I grabbed a prep and prime highlighter in peach lustre. I personally will probably be using this to color correct my dark spots. Has anyone given prep and prime a try? How did it work for you?

I've heard not so good things about the prep and prime highlighter. I'd love to know how you get on with the eyeshadows as I have the nuetral cool pallette an an disappointed :(

Yes I just got that palette 2 days ago and the colors are gorgeous since burgundy is my favorite color... As for the prep&prime highlighting pen I love it. I have it in light boost. I apply it when I really want an intense highlight. It's really creamy and blends great (I use my damp beauty blender).

I want that palette too. Out of curiosity, how much does the palette cost? I have the prep and prime highlighter in light boost and I love it. The yellow tone is perfect for my skin.

I've heard good things about using the prep and print to color correct on darker skin tones, especially in peach lustre. I'm intrigued at the palette now too.

Shauna here's a picture swatch I found, I thought you could get a better idea of the pigments from this since my complexion is much darker than yours
