Animal hair makeup brush: this kind of cosmetic brush is mainly used in conjunction with the dry powder texture of cosmetics. Such as: powder brush, Blusher Brush, eye shadow paint etc.. Makeup brush cleaning note: animal hair, make-up brush can not often wash with water, will damage the hair. Because of the girls in the life of the make-up brush are their own use, so every month to wash the water and the liquid can be. If you want to in the temporary color transformation, the use of loose powder to clean brushes, with the same dry powder loose powder makeup brush silty can be taken away. 2, artificial fiber make-up brush: this kind of cosmetic brush is mainly used in conjunction with liquid and cream cosmetics. Such as: foundation brush, eye liner brush, etc.. Makeup brush cleaning note: artificial fibers can be easily cleaned up the make-up brush, water and washing liquid with the best. This is a "love it or hate it" method, but I use an antibacterial dish soap with a drop of olive oil. And then rinse with water and dry upside down.

I heard regular shampoo is a little harsh on the bristles and that's why people use baby shampoo. I personally haven't tried either of those methods. I have tried the bar soap method which works, but it gets really messy and I've also tried buying an actual brush cleanser. It's nice, but I still haven't found my "holy grail" method lol.

I use dish soap and dry upside down. And when you wash just try to clean the bristles and not the entire brush because it will make you brushes break...
