That shirt is so cute! I definitely need to go to Wet Seal! Maybe you can pair it with high waisted shorts and converse/vans? It all really comes down to what's your style.. (girly, edgy, hipster, bohemian, etc.)

I would do ripped high waisted jeans or shorts with converse or combat boots. You could also do a pair of black wedges. I love the shirt by the way!

I'd go for black ripped jeans (just ripped knees not the whole legs) and black sneakers (whichever brand you prefer) that'd look so cute!
