Nars Sheer Glow vs. Nars All Day Luminous?

I'm looking for a good foundation with medium coverage that will last the 8 hours that I'm at school. I have pretty dry skin and I don't really get much acne. Which would you girls suggest?

Neutrogena Healthy Skin is a dupe for the Nars Sheer Glow, and it lasts pretty much the whole day for me with no touch ups.

I love both you can't go wrong with either one but the ADLW doesn't transfer while the SG definitely does
