How do you brush hair extensions without pulling out all the hair? Any tips?

I personally prefer to use a comb, it's not as harsh and it properly separates the hair avoiding the stringy look. I like to start from the tips, and hold my hair at the shaft with my other hand while brushing my way up, this way you won't cause knotting

Just be super gentle with it, take your time, and brush from the bottom up. Try to use a wide tooth comb first, then a brush, it might make it easier, also if you find a tangle, don't keep brushing the area a lot and pulling at it, get the specific hairs in the tangle and very patiently and gently start brushing from the bottom up, or where ever the tangle is loosest and eventually all the hairs will come out of the knot :)

Be super gentle! When combing, use a wide toothed comb and start from the bottom, working out the tangles gently. When you are combing, hold the hair firmly just above the section you are combing. Depending on how many tangles you have, try to comb in smaller sections.
If you have lots of tangles, you may want to try using a detangling spray to help with brushing. The best one to use is the Johnson and Johnson hair detangler for babies - works amazing on extensions!
