Help would be much appreciated, the dress has little flecks of navy in it, I'm wondering if I could put navy eyeliner on my waterline and kind of smoke it out? What do you think?

Oh great idea! A soft smokey eyes with navy blue, a champagne highlight in the inner corner, some bronzer and nude lips would look good

Thay would look pretty. I personally would do a brown eyeshadow look with a hint of gold(:

I agree with Adahli, but I would still incorporate the navy, brown in the crease, champagne highlights, then navy eyeliner, then I would soften it with a navy eyeshadow on top! :) hope I help!
