I think those black shoes would look lovely!
For red riding hood's hair, I think that you should have black curly hair. If you don't have black hair, get a long curled wig.
For makeup, I think you should do black eyes and red lips.
I think this would look amazing!

For your hair I would scrunch it up after you have washed it so its wet. That will give it a nice effect.
For you lips just literally a red lipstick and then here is a picture for your eye makeup:)
