What photo app do make up artists use when they upload pics? They look really clear and their is no blurs or etc.

I don't think it's an app. It could be. I think it's just their camera or phone that has great quality.

Personally I'll use photographer that usually takes the picture but if your referring to instagram or YouTube they might just be taking their own pics with a camera or phone plus added filters to make the application look smooth.I'm not sure exactly what they do but I use a photographer but if I'm just at home doing a random look I'll take it from my phone And post it raw.

There is a photoshop express app that I recently downloaded just to play around with that allows you to change temperatures, saturation, noise and more. You may enjoy using this app. However for portfolio use I'd find a photographer.
