Did you try any concealer?

Just to know how to deal with them I'll have to ask a few questions. Are they puffy? Is the skin just darker or is it blue veins showing through the thin skin under your eyes? Are they hollow? Are you getting enough sleep? And, lastly, do your parents/family members have them too?
How have you been taking care of them until now?

I use a concealer. It does help, but just a drop.
Aren't so puffy- maybe a drrropp. It's actually both- darker and veins. Idk what you mean by hollow and I am not getting enough sleep. My mom does have something very similar, but I think that's becuz her skin is muuuch thinner than mine.

Okay. My compyuter crashed while I was writing this super long answer, so I'm sorry if it seems rushed.
Anyway, first of all make sure you're getting at least 8 hours of sleep at night and that you're drinking enough water. Also, it could be due to allergies since this is the season for them if you live in the Northern hemisphere.
By hollow I mean like there's emptiness under your eyes, I don't know how else to explain it.
Next, I suggest trying a good eye cream. I've been using Erborian Ginseng Infusion Total Eye for a while now and it's almost finished, I need to get some more, it's truly amazing and my holy grail eye cream... so much so that I've been skipping concealer lately!
Another good one is GinZing by Origins, which is a bit different because it has lots of light reflective particles in it so it will brighten you up right away.
The great thing about eye creams is that they replenish the skin under your eyes, making it less thin and therefore the veins won't be so visible anymore. But you HAVE TO Be consistent, otherwise it's useless.
For makeup, I suggest you try a salmon/peach toned corrector. Bobbi Brown makes one, Benefit does too, and I hear that many drugstore companies are coming out with their own version of it so pick and choose your favorite. What the orange tone in this type of product does, is it color corrects the blue/green, neutralizing the skin and brightening it too!
I have to show you the effects of the Erase Paste by Benefit, if you hang on a second I'll post it here after I apply it.

Eat whole foods as much as possible. Coconut water and green tea are good natural diuretics.
•Potassium-rich foods such as bananas, strawberries and yogurt help keep the body from retaining water.
•get plenty of vitamin a, e, c and B6
•Keep yourself hydrated by drinking enough water
•Avoid foods and beverages that encourage water retention
•Maintain an iron rich diet and talk to your doctor about iron tablets
•do not go over 1,000 milligrams of sodium a day, or at least try not to
• place both of your index fingers on the sides of your outer nostrils and apply gentle pressure on the two areas for ten seconds. Repeat five times. Pressing your acupressure points will release toxins that turn into under eye bags.
•Going to bed on early, sleeping for seven to eight hours, keeping stress levels low and doing facial exercises that minimize under eye bags will tighten the eye ring muscles and improve circulation in the eye area, which can help lighten the appearance of dark circles.
•freeze 2 cucumber slices for half an hour. Lie down and place both on closed eyes for fifteen minutes.
•try sleeping with your head elevated with two pillows to improve circulation
As for coverage, simply using a lights concealer doesn't really work or look natural. Try a salmon coloured corrected (Benefits Erase Paste) below a concealer of your skin tone or a shade lighter (maybelline fit me) to brighten up your eyes! To conceal bags you're pretty much reverse contouring lol! You don't want to brighten any puffiness because it will only be more prominent. So instead you will want to put a concealer underneath your bags on the little shadows. You can also add a light dust of shimmer in that area too with a small fan brush!
