The picture looks highly edited to me if your saw his skin face to face I doubt it would look like that but I would just get a good skin regime not matter what makeup you use if your skin is awful then it won't look great.

I agree that his face is very highly edited, unfortunately! The closest you could get is using a very, very full coverage foundation (like Estée Lauder maximum cover) and then contouring and highlighting a lot!
