So my hair right now is light brown with green ombré (once a mix of alpine green and atlantic blue directions) but today I bought midnight blue to cover the green. Do you have any experiences on it? And I had the idea of dying my whole hair (without bleaching my upper hair)

I love the idea of your whole head! The top half of your hair (natural color) is pretty light so I imagine that the manic panic will tint it blue, I don't know how great the color will be because your hair is light brown. The bottom half is bleached I think so it looks like the color will take very well. If I were you I would dilute the midnight blue to a less vibrant color for the bottom half of your hair and put the full concentration on the too half, then adjust from there :)
