Hey, I play football (soccer to some people) and I need some easy yet cute hair ideas also some natural looking make-up. Thanks so much 👌🏻

Honestly I would just skip makeup all together, you're just going to sweat it off and when makeup mixes with sweat it can clog your pores.
For hair you can do a high pony and braid it in one big braid or do a few small braids mixed in with the rest of the hair. You can also braid sections of your hair and then do a ponytail so the hair that's pulled back is braided, if that makes sense. Also use a ribbon to tie a bow around your ponytail, just thread it through the hair tie once so if the bow comes undone the ribbon won't fall out of your hair (:

Same. Don't wear any makeup!

I like all the hairstyles posted. everyone's saying don't wear makeup. but I'm really self conscious about my skin so I don't do anything without at least concealer so if you're like me just do concealer on your problem areas and maybe a waterproof mascara but if you're confident enough to go makeupless then that's the better option.

Yeah, I have a few spots so not very confident as I have been bullied A LOT in the past. So I wear like Bb cream.

OMG Sophie there is no reason why you should be self conscious! Your gorgeous girl! And all those bullies are just jealous because of how good you look! Seriously! But from someone who was also bullied I never did gym at school without makeup. Concealer and tinted moisturizer or bb cream, and a water proof mascarra, skip the rest it'll run and black smudgy eyes are not attractive when it's all over your face haha.

Messy buns are cute and wear a dmall amount of black eyeliner with beonzer added to the cheeks to give you higher cheekbones.

If you can, skip makeup, if you can't, I would just fill in your brows (if need be) and apply mascara, try your best to avoid face makeup, but if you can't, stick with a bb cream or a tinted moisturizer! As for hair, I would stick with braids! They won't fall out as easily!

If your desperate to wear make up, just use a tinted chapstick, eye liner ( water proof) , and mascara ( water proof). I agree with the rest of the ladies, a full face could be a bad idea.

Sophie. I completely understand. I've been through that too. you could do a light BB cream just go for the "no makeup" makeup look because it might look silly to have a full face on while playing a sport.

I went through the same thing when I played sports in high school. I never did anything without foundation on. Confidence will come with time, but for now wear anything that will breathe and make sure to take good care of your skin afterwards!
If it's a few spots you could always try to conceal those areas and then go overtop with a cc cream or a light dusting of power foundation. I know it's not ideal for your skin but I went years playing sports and wearing foundation (with no negative results) Just make sure you have a killer skin routine to back that up!
