Long hair messy buns!

Anyone else with very long hair , have a extremely hard time doing a messy bun? I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or if it's because my hair is so long.;( messy buns look so nice on me but I can't do them!

Omg me too. I used to havr the cutest messy buns and now its a struggle. My hair is so long so its hard to get it all together. But Shanae is right, when I don't think about it or I don't use a mirror, it looks so much better lol.

It's super difficult! For the most part I gave up on them, instead I do a fan bun or a messy sock bun which are so much easier. A lot less work and keeps the hair out of my eyes lol :)

I agree with Jay P. a high pony then tease your hair and I use pins and hairspray and it doesn't go anywhere. I know fashionista804 had a messy bun video on YouTube that shows this method in case you wanna see how it's done.
