Give yourself a facial! Lush bath bombs are great I buy a few and take baths with them to relieve a lot of stress. Also paint your nails a bright color! Do a hot oil treatment on your hair those things make me feel good. Good luck I hope things get better 😘

I'm sorry that youre going through that. I used to get them more than twice a day for a year. I highly suggest taking a bath. I like using lush bath bombs but if you don't have that available try Epsom salt or just regular bubble bal/bath gel. Try to stay in for like an hour and breathe. I like reading or watching my fave shows. And you can use a hair and face mask at the same time.

I love to have a nice hot bath with bubbles and Epsom salt, painting my nails a pretty colour that I love and then putting a face mask on while I watch my favourite movies :)
