I'd start with the cut. Your hair looks as if it falls flat in the back. Get layers starting at your cheeks going around your head n all the way down. for the color I suggest a medium brown.

I love your hair color! don't get highlights trust me that's the biggest mistake I've ever made with my hair! even my hairdresser agrees, you are gorgeous & have really nice hair! you should do the Kylie Jenner and chalk your hair short to like your shoulders or longer. it would suit you.
