Apply Vaseline on eyelashes like if it was mascara at night everyday you will see an improvement (:

DO NOT USE VASELINE ON YOUR LASHES.
Vaseline is a sealant and can clog pores and in some cases can clog the tear duct and cause infections.
The only proven and safe thing to grow lashes is Latisse, which is only available by prescription.

Yeah Alexis nailed it, Vaseline can also cause cysts and boils beneath the eyelids because it traps bacteria and causes infection. Latisse and Lumigan are the only products that will grow lashes
