I've tried everything and can't seem for it to go away. It's really bad too. It's embarrassing to wear low cut shirts and bathing suits. UGH I need this to be gone lol I need to feel comfortable in my body again!

I can't read the complete title but if you mean acne it is sooooo difficult, I am using a solution of 1/2 acv and 1/2 witch hazel tea, it works but it takes time, at least my own chest acne lasts loooooong... btw do not touch or try to extract it, that will only make healing process longer.

I'm about to go to sleep so I'll send through my tips in the morning but I'm just curious as to what you've tried so far?

Alright thanks! And I've tried lemon water/juice directly on my skin (apparently it works) but it doesn't, and I've gone through menace amount of different varieties of body wash and skin care creams and it just won't go away :/

If you have tried every topical treatment maybe it is something else that is causing it. I would suggest taking a break from any harsh products that might what's irritating your skin and causing the breakouts in the first place!

Do you do a lot of exercising? You should go get your hormones checked to see if there is any imbalances

Have you just started training? Sometimes it is just a period of time in which our bodies start eliminating toxins.

Do you eat lots of dairy? I cut out dairy completely from my diet and my skin as never looked better.

Go to a doctor before cutting out dairy or any food group all together. It can be very dangerous for your health. Besides, dairy is only a cause of acne if you have a low tolerance to it. It's very very rare for dairy to actually cause acne. It's usually the process of eating healthier, and being more conscious of their health that people notice the benefits from when they cut out dairy. Obviously they aren't going to cut out dairy but go to McDonald's every day. So they're getting healthier in general. But go to the doctor before doing anything drastic with your diet.
It's odd, but one thing I've noticed that cleared my chest acne up was not showering everyday. I have very sensitive skin and my dermatologist suggested showering every second days or whenever necessary. I thought it'd be super gross but it's like training your hair to be less oily. But it's cleared up my chest, my skin isn't dry anymore and I don't get as sweaty. I also find when I wear tight bras or shirts that it contributes to me breaking out. I avoid bras where the cups go high up if I can, and avoid tight constricting shirts.
