I've been looking into this aswell and from what I've been told/recommended it's pretty good if your brows are very light and sparse (like mine) to make them look a little fuller and obviously darker. You could also try a tinted brow gel if you were looking for another alternative :)

Tinting your brows won't really make them fuller or thicker, it'll make the hairs more noticeable since you're tinting them a darker color than they are now so filling them in and creating the fullness and thickness that you want will be a little easier.

I tint mine at home, it gives them the effect of looking fuller as you dye them darker, I find tinting them makes it easier to fill in too :)

It's a brand called 1000hour, they have tinting for eyebrows and eyelashes :)
