Does it oxidize really bad on anyone? I use NC15 for my undereye and I'm probably like 3 shades darker than that and it looks like I didn't even use a light concealer lol.

From my understanding, if your products are oxidizing then the problem is your skin and not the products your using. I would suggest making sure that the oils on your skin aren't mixing with the product and causing the color change. I use Prolongwear Concealer and I've never experienced oxidizing.

My under eyes are dry as heck. I doubt it's the oils. And that's the only concealer that does it on me.

Yeah it happens with old makeup or when the chemicals mix with skin oils & pH. It also can happen if you apply SPF first. They say using a primer works but otherwise YouTube or Google can help :)

Alexis is somewhat right, has the right idea. oxidation occurs from a reaction between your skin and foundation, concealer, etc.and can usually be caused by environmental factors, skin type & pH level. It's good to keep your skin pH balanced anyways so now would be a good time to really look at the products you are using and if they alter your pH Level it's important to include a product to balance it out. Using a good primer will help to act as a barrier between your skin and the product as well. I use Dermalogica barrier repair prior to my makeup application and after my skincare routine. it is one of my favorite products (probably close to precleanse lol) it helps to act as a barrier to environmental factors and keep your moisturizer, serum, etc.locked in and keep harmful dirt debris pollutants out. It's also amazing as a primer, I don't even wear one I just use my barrier repair and it helps my makeup apply flawlessly. Knowing this you just have to use process of elimination on what's causing it, your pH level is a good place to start considering it's important to keep it balanced even if it's not the cause of your oxidation.

I just saw this is the only one that oxidizes on you, and I wanted to explain that if your skin isn't balanced, or its environmental factors, etc.a specific product can oxidize on you because that specific product is causing a reaction with your skin for those reasons. If that makes sense.. sorry lol I'm bad at wording my thoughts sometimes. So even if it is say your skins pH level, even at the same level it may not oxidize with another product due to that's products ingredients. each product can form a different reaction with your skin.

Thank you!! I'll definitely look into it! I've been needing a better skin routine also. My skin is just really bad overall. Lol thanks again!

This product does oxidise a little bit because any makeup formula designed to wear a long time had to have this property in it
