High end I say Smash box and Tarte. Drugstore I would say Rimmel, Nyx, and Maybelline they have for matte or poreless skin.

Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer is what I use from time to time to address my enlarged pores and it also works with my oily skin. Most other primers that I've tried were heavy on the 'cones and irritated my skin. Its pricey but worth checking out.
