Party Makeup help

My friend is having a party, but it's black tie. I have a black strapless dress and I have shoulder length black hair and dark brown eyes- you can barely see my pupils. I have a medium skin tone as well. What is a makeup look I can do that's not crazy but not just mascara and concealer? Thank you!!

I would go for a nude smokey eye with pinks and sparkles and either a nude lip or red/coral, just because the dress is black and you don't want to look too Gothic?? x
