I usually have semi oily skin but all of a sudden the oil went away and I started developing dry patches on my face. Mostly around my mouth and around my eyelids! I haven't changed facial cleanser nor facial cream.. I wash my face twice a day and I haven't been wearing any makeup lately. I don't know what is causing these patches! Are there any products I should try to eliminate them?😩 Please help!

Your skin is probably having a late reaction to the cleanser you are using. I had this problem happen to me. You should try Cetaphil. It's a really good cleanser for all skin types.

Just exfoliate and moisturize and you'll be fine.

You are most likely dehydrated.

Dehydration more than likely. Drink lots of water and purchase a hydrating mosturizer.

It could be dehydrating but also the cleanser your using might over dried your face so try to eliminate using it for 1-2 days and use moistruzer on the dry patches

Sounds like a little bit of dermatitis... Using an antibiotic cream helped me! Moisturizing a lot didn't take care of it completely

Make sure you use moisturiser that is oil free, and maybe try exfoliating :) some people think that when they have oily skin they don't need to moisturise because it will make them look greasy! You have to!!
