I don't think the blue looks strange on its own, maybe just line the whole upper lash line with a thinner stroke or just like the whole bottom lash line for a pop of color!

I personally don't think I would apply my eyeliner like this but if you worked with it a little more or use it like Renay said, it could look really nice. Also last year a huge thing was applying a pop of color just on the lower lash line so maybe give that a try.

Hey...how about the doing the whole top with liner...but let it fade one color to another...like a pretty green to blue...or a light blue to dark blue...

Actually either one...put a primer...dip a thin eyeliner brush into a bit of water.tap the excess..then dip into your favorite colors to get it more pigmented...and a longer finish. I do it :)
