I'm looking for a cleanser that's brightens up your skin over time and possibly help with small blemishes. of there's anything out there like that.

Try a brightening cleanser, depending on your skin type and budget you should be able to find one. Aveeno has brightening cleansers as well as First Aid Beauty I believe. Both are supposed to be geared towards sensitive skin.
