Normally my skin is dry and when I apply face wash I can see white patchy around my nose and mouth so need a good cleanser, foundation, primer, bb cream and powder as well.. I'm on a budget so selected
Maybelline bb cream
Maybelline fitme matte and porless
Rimmel fix and repair primer
Elf high definition powder translucent
So please suggest me a low budget foundation, cream, primer, cleanser and powder.. I really wanna try Mac Nars Bobbi brown too faced tarte products but as I said earlier I'm on a budget...

The matte and priceless fit me would make dryness worse. I use the Dewy and smooth version of fit me and it is awesome. That or true match:)

Maybe splurge on one pallete from those brands you said you like that has several products in it- like a palette that has eyeshadows, blushes, brushes, and maybe comes with a lipstick. Then you get a lot of different products in one buy!

My Too Faced Everything Nice came with great eyeshadows, four blushes and several brushes. I know some brands will include a lipstick sometimes.

If you have dry skin, I wouldn't get that primer because it mattifies you. You dot have excess oil on your skin, so it'll make your makeup look cakey and dry. Same thing about the matte and pore less foundation.
Maybe try a hydrating primer, like ELFs hydrating primer. The regular fit me foundation by Maybelline will fit your needs more.
When looking at the Maybelline section, make sure you're looking at the labels for each foundation formula because it will tell you what kind of skin it fits:) it will help you out more!
Also, if your cleanser is drying you out, maybe you want to try a different one out? Olay has cleansing milks that hydrate the skin along with cleansing:)
