My friend recently bought me a new eyeshadow from colorpop cosmetics and it is this beautiful bluish green color, but the problem is I don't know how to use it. I tend to stick to neutral and pink eyeshadows which is why she bought me this, to try and get me out of my comfort zone a little bit. I need some help just figuring out how to use it. My eyeshadow collection ranges from shimmery and matte Browns to some golden and cream tones to a couple taupes and finally the naked 3 palette which is a mix of pink tones and taupy colors. If it makes any difference at all I have green eyes and paler skin, thank you for your help!

Use it as a pop of color! Do a regular neutral eye then run that color along your lower lash line (:
