to make it thicker you need to have it all cut on legnth, and use a shamppo and conditioner that is desighned to create fuller hair. don't brush your hair when its wet as this causes the ends to split as does haveing a cotten pillow case try buying a satin or silk pillow case as its much softer on your hair. try not to use to much heat on you hair and allow it to dry naturally as often as you can, if you do use heat on your hair use a good heat protectant before hand. tieing your hair up can also damage it so wear it down when possible too folowing these steps are cheaper and probably healthier for your hair... hope this helped! <3

Apply coconut oil twice a week.you can leave that on for one hour and then wash your hair.See you doctor aswell.

Not getting a lot of layers. That takes all the weight from your hair. So if you want it thicker, do the opposite I suppose.
