Is this a good contour kit? I got it from Sephora but every time I try to contour my face it just leaves a ridiculous dark patch on my cheeks. Help! lol.

Sounds like you are applying too much or applying over skin that hasn't been set with powder yet. If neither is not the case what foundation are you using? I have this palette and if applied over my Bobbi Brown BB cream and setting powder it makes it difficult to blend out...its like it took the powder and sucked it up in one spot.
