Red bumps on my neck?!?!

Hey everyone! I was having a spa day because my school has a snow day and when I was doing my eyebrows I saw my neck had some red spots... Have you guys ever had this? Could it just be because I forget to take my makeup off on my neck?

It could be numerous things, I'd just wait and see if it progresses, spreads or enlarges, if it does, I'd see a doctor.
