i normally wear 16" hair, it's the same lenght as my natural hair, i just have the extensions to give more volume as i have thin hair.
however i experiment alot with hairstyles now...
i found when i curled my hair it got alot shorter so i invested in 20" hair extensions, when i put these in, the bottom is very thin and the top where all my natural hair is, it's thick
so what i'm getting at is what can i do so they don't look sort of fake?
How do you put your extensions in first off ? I know when I used to wear mine they always seemed super thin .. I actually washed mine with volumizing shampoo and conditioner and it gave the extensions more volume for a more fuller look.

Try to put two wefts of them right at the bottom. Normally by the time I was done I had three to four wefts at the back and two on the sides !
